Budapest Open Access Initiative

Open Access (OA) scholarship is research that can be read online for free without copyright restrictions. Reaching the broadest readership without preventing those who cannot afford the high cost of journal publication, is the OA Goal.

Starting Your Research

There are many places to begin your research. Two of the best places to begin are Oaister which has over 30,000,000 open access records and the Internet Public Library. There are hundreds of Open Access resources, this page only lists of a few of the most accessible direct links to resources.
