Access the Library’s Chronicle of Higher Education Site License Subscription

The site license provides all the Chronicle’s content, daily news, and data; searchable access to articles and essays dating back to 1989; and special issues such as the Almanac of Higher Education and the Trends Report.

Access The Chronicle On Campus

To access the Chronicle on campus:

Go to Chronicle.com – you may be asked to authenticate through the library (follow the procedure below).

To access the Chronicle remotely away from campus:

Go to Chronicle.com and click on the “Sign In” link at the top, right-hand side of the page.
If you have not created a free account, select the “Sign Up” tab to create the free account using your SEU email address (a must). Create and save your password. During the process, you also have the option to sign up for the Chronicle’s free email newsletters such as the Monday through Friday issues of Academe Today.

Access The Chronicle Remotely (Off Campus)

To access the Chronicle remotely away from campus:

Go to Chronicle.com and click on the “Sign In” link at the top, right-hand side of the page.
